Christmas Lottery lands 150,000 euros in Vallanueva del Trabuco

LUCKY villagers from Villanueva del Trabuco (Malaga) will certainly have a Merry Christmas after a 150,000 euros win on the Christmas Lottery of Tuesday December 22. There were 30 tickets (decimos) sold under this winning number which means each person with a ticket will each get a modest 5,000 euros. The tickets were widely distributed through the relatively small village of scarcely 5,000 inhabitants by the owner a bar and two Town Hall employees, who in turn sold them to bakers, electricians and even a family of seven brothers.
